Graduate Program Overview
The Brady Constructions Graduate Program has been specifically developed to provide opportunities for Graduates to benefit from unique industry-based experience; whilst developing their practical, intellectual and interpersonal skills. Our aim is to provide Graduates with a comprehensive understanding of each key area of the construction business. We are committed to the continual development of our Graduates as a way to mould the future leaders of Brady Constructions.
Brady Constructions
Brady Constructions has extensive experience in delivering projects in the residential, commercial and retail sectors. Our specialty is delivering quality inner-city multi-level residential towers in a timely and cost competitive manner. With a construction history spanning 25+ years, we have delivered numerous high-quality projects with outstanding commercial outcomes for our clients. Integrity, commitment and experience underpin our reputation as a leader in construction. Our organisational growth strategies are based on providing opportunities and career paths for our people.
As a successful graduate you will be placed in a variety of roles to ensure you gain experience in the entire construction process, including:
- Site Supervision
- Design Coordination
- Contract Administration
- Site Coordination (Quality, Safety and Environmental)
- Head Office (Estimating, Programming & Cost Planning)

Who should apply?
People who:
- have a University Degree qualified in Construction Management, Building, Engineering, Architecture or a related degree

To be eligible for entry into the Graduate Program you must:
- have completed a relevant University Degree, or
- be completing a relevant University Degree, and
- be an Australian citizen or hold an unrestricted visa which enables you to work in Australia
